Paella for the masses
I love paella. Particularly because I’m corny and we honeymooned in Spain and I think it utterly romantic. I try to infuse Spanish flavors into our meals at least once a month. I haven’t hit on the perfect recipe yet, but this one is darn close. Mind you, it serves 8. So if you aren’t having a dinner party, be prepared for leftovers or a freezer package.
